AIR CONDITIONING IN SEATTLE?!?! Doesn't seem practical or cost-effective. HOWEVER, a heat pump acts like an air conditioner on those very rare hot days, but saves energy/money on your heating bill the entire rest of the year...at minimum 25%...up to 65%! Check it out:
